2026 FALL LACROSSE REGISTRATION OPEN
BEGINNERS AND MULTI-SPORT ATHELETES WELCOME!

In the Fall our Club plays Box lacrosse. It gives players more touches, faster decisions, and constant opportunities to improve. The tight playing space, smaller goals, five-on-five format, and 30-second shot clock help athletes sharpen their stick skills, build confidence, and develop a stronger understanding of the game.

Programs are available for players from KG through high school, with teams and training opportunities for beginners, experienced players, and multi-sport athletes.

Season: August 16–November 1
Practices: Two weekday afternoon or evening practices per week
Locations: RSM Central Park Arena and VAC in San Juan Capistrano
Games: Weekends beginning in September

“Box on the Field” makeup practices will also be available for players whose other sports conflict with their regular practice schedule.
