What Makes This Program Different
More Training for Less: $300 for the summer (significantly more total training time than most camps)
Flexible Attendance: Come as often as your schedule allows
Community Integration: Train around high school players and coaches and the broader lacrosse community.
Early Drop-Off Option: We can accommodate players who arrive early.
Competitive Opportunities
Selected players may be invited to 1–2 summer tournaments (Seperate registration)
Non-tournament players will participate in local scrimmages
End-of-summer Box Lacrosse pickup event for all campers!
Development Focus
By the end of summer, players will be expected to:
Throw and catch with both hands at speed
Beat defenders in space using dodges
Play strong on-ball defense
Shoot accurately from 10–12 yards
Finish confidently inside
Catch high-speed passes
Shoot on the run
Players will also learn a structured wall ball routine used as a benchmark at the end of the program.
Program Philosophy
This program is built for:
Multi-sport athletes
Players new to the game
Returning players looking to level up
We emphasize repetition, decision-making, and confidence—so players improve in ways that translate directly to games.
