Free Boys Lacrosse Clinic
Don’t pay to learn lacrosse.
Players should have an opportunity to learn the basics and experience lacrosse before their families pay for a camp or commit to an entire season.
This free clinic is for boys in KG–8th grade, including complete beginners, athletes interested in trying a new sport, and developing players who want additional instruction.
Players will learn:
- Scooping and cradling
- Passing and catching
- Dodging and shooting
- Footwork
- Basic rules and game principles
Players will be grouped according to age and experience.

What to Bring
Players should bring a lacrosse stick if they have one, cleats, water, and athletic clothing. Players who already own protective equipment may bring and use it.
No experience is necessary, and there is no obligation to register for a paid camp or season. Come meet our coaches, learn the fundamentals, and see if lacrosse is the right sport for your child.
