Keep developing, build confidence and prepare for the next season with the Orange County Lacrosse Club Girls Winter Camp.

Players will participate in one weekday practice and one Sunday morning session each week. Training will be organized by age and experience to provide an appropriate balance of instruction, competition and fun.

PROGRAM FOCUS

High school players will use the program to prepare for their upcoming high school lacrosse season. Training will emphasize conditioning, stick skills, footwork, decision-making and team concepts.

Youth players will continue building a strong foundation while preparing for our first Youth Girls Recreational Season. Girls in KG-2nd and 6th–8th grade will have the opportunity to continue directly into the Winter Rec League following camp.

PLAYERS WILL WORK ON

• Passing, catching and cradling• Ground balls and ball protection• Dodging and shooting• Offensive and defensive footwork• Position-specific fundamentals• Field awareness and decision-making• Small-sided games and team concepts• Confidence, communication and teamwork

Holiday-related schedule adjustments will be communicated to registered families.

Complete girls’ lacrosse equipment and an active USA Lacrosse membership are required.
