We cannot offer refunds on helmets as they are custom ordered. If there is a problem with the product itself we will help to get it resolved with the manufacturer Cascade.

Helmets will take about two weeks from the team order date for delivery and will be delivered to player at practice. Your coach will keep you informed about order status.
